TenStops is a travel reference owned by NicheSmith.co. These terms explain the service and the limits of the information provided.

Travel information

Use the guides as a starting point for planning. Rankings, ratings and visitor figures are attributed snapshots; opening times, prices, access rules, safety conditions and availability can change.

Check the attraction’s official information and relevant local authorities before making plans or spending money. Suggested durations and budget labels are estimates, not guarantees.

The guide is general information, not individualized legal, medical, immigration, financial or safety advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Outside websites and purchases

TenStops links to operators, maps, sources and other services. We do not operate those services or control their content, privacy practices, availability, prices or purchase terms.

TenStops does not accept ticket payments or make travel reservations in this edition. Any transaction on another website is between you and that provider.

Saved places

The shortlist is stored in your browser and may be lost if browser data is removed or unavailable. It does not sync across devices or domains. Copy or print anything you want to retain separately.

Suggestions and corrections

The suggestion form explains whether online submissions are currently available. Send factual information and sources you are entitled to share. Do not include sensitive personal information, another person’s private contact details or copied review text.

We may use factual suggestions to research and improve the guides. Every suggestion is subject to editorial review; submission does not guarantee a response, inclusion, payment or a particular rank.

Content and photographs

TenStops’ own text and design, third-party source material and destination photographs can have different rights and licenses. Source attribution does not grant permission to republish an entire third-party work.

Photograph creators, licenses and modification notices appear on Photo credits. Respect the applicable license when reusing an image; these terms do not narrow permissions its creator has granted.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading rights claims or manipulate advertising traffic. Publicly accessible content must still be used in accordance with applicable law and third-party rights.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to make the guide useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or the suitability of a particular activity for your circumstances. Travel decisions remain your responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No compulsory arbitration agreement or exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed by this page.
